Double lever type force standard machine

The double-lever force standard machine uses the variable-arm ratio double-lever principle of loading method. Its basic feature is that the loading system is composed of two sets of main and auxiliary lever systems. The main lever uses the variable-arm ratio principle to apply load, and the lever system is initially balanced. The principle of variable arm ratio loading is to use a single weight to move along the main lever beam. By changing the lever ratio, different loads are applied to the test piece. The weight position on the main lever is also controlled to apply different loads. The first stage load is automatically returned to the initial equilibrium position by the double lever system by the loading device. This method is simple to operate and balances the work; it transforms the system's control of force into precise control of displacement, which can obtain a wider range of force values and a smaller force value error; the speed of applying the load can be controlled by controlling the displacement of the weight. It has high loading efficiency.
